General information:  Bear - clever, cunning and extremely dangerous beast of great strength and agility. It is omnivorous, well climbs and swims, can stand and pass short distances on hind legs. Bear has a short tail, a long and thick coat, and also an excellent sense of smell, moves quickly and almost silently. The weight of bears is from 200 to 450 kg, the length of the body can reach two meters.

Hunting for a bear in Kazakhstan is carried out in the East Kazakhstan forests.
Starting one month before the arrival of the hunters, once in a week, food is placed in the preferred hunting area. So by the time the hunter is there, the bear goes back to the same place looking for food (wheat, fish or meat), making its movements more predictable. The best time for hunting a bear in the Altay Region is during the Sunset. During these moments and with the previous technique, the probabilities of ambushing a bear are bigger.
